Q: System tells me my account
has not been activated?
A: This occurs only if your registration process
has been interrupted and you did not enter the password that was
sent to your phone into the activation box. Please click
here to activate your account.
Q: Balance update and
balance low emails?
A: We send you an automatic balance reminder email
when your account has less than 50 credits. We also send out a bi
monthly balance updates which will include system updates, marketing
hints and tips as well as industry related news items.
Q: How do I remove my account?
A: If you no longer would like to make use of services
of SMS Office you can send an email to
admin@smsoffice.co.za
and request that your account be removed. You may choose to have
your credits transferred to another account or to forfeit all remaining
credits.
Please note: Only purchased credits will be transferred.
